The first class of the new Contribute Agricultural School started on 3 March 2025. Many of these students come from poor families who cannot afford school fees for their children. One student shared: “I come from a family of seven children. None of my brothers and sisters were able to attend school. I am incredibly grateful that I have the opportunity to follow this training.”

A building with accommodation for 80 students has been constructed for a two-year residential training program (boarding school). Boarding schools are quite common in Uganda, even at primary school level, especially when students live far away from the school.

The classroom is modernly equipped with a projector and screen, allowing students to watch instructional videos alongside guidance from a competent teacher. In addition, the school will function as a knowledge center for local farmers and schools focused on environmentally responsible agriculture. This is particularly important, as extensive environmental degradation is still taking place in rural areas with toxic pesticides and soil depletion.

The second class of the Contribute Agricultural School started on 2 March 2026.
